Our Staff Augmentation Services team is growing and we are looking for a full life cycle Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this unique role you will be supporting both contract and permanent placements in support Presidio’s clients.
Presidio offers a base salary, commission, bonus, and a competitive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities 
  • Individually source and identify candidates utilizing current job boards and our extensive database.
  • Conduct in-depth phone screens to qualify candidates and to ensure that they meet the requirements of our client’s positions.
  • Handle all stages of the recruiting process from sourcing, scheduling, negotiating, on boarding, maintaining, troubleshooting issues and terminating applicants as needed.
  • Maintain and record accurate candidate information within Applicant Tracking System.
  • Continuously grow and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent within our ATS.
  • Partner with the Client Solutions Manager and Sales teams to ensure fulfillment of requisitions.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
  • Candidates must have 2-5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in an agency setting.
  • Technical or Engineering background preferred.
  • Recruiting in Federal space preferred.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong customer service, a great attitude, and a passion for recruiting are a MUST
