The Contact Center Solutions Architect (SA) is a position that supports the Contact Center Business for the West predominantly CA. You work with local AM’s, Contact Center Team members and Area based SA’s. You will have an emphasis on designing and supporting customers with their contact center solution needs. You may also be called up on to assist in sales planning and development strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact Center PreSales for qualified deals. Provide technical and consultative assistance to sales in the design of complex contact center solutions.
  • Assist in the completion of RFP, RFI, RFQ as required
  • Create Bill of Materials (BOM) in Cisco’s Commerce Workspace (CCW) and others
  • Perform technical presentations to customers, partners, and prospects
  • Prepare technical demonstrations in a lab as required
  • Perform presentations of deployment methodology and technical best practices.
  • Assist in the development of contact center documents for presales
  • Perform peer reviews of SOW’s
  • Participate in Detail Design Sessions with Clients
  • Prepare documentation for Cisco’s A2Q process
  • Stay well-versed on newly released versions of Cisco, AWS and other vendors and 3rd party contact center products
  • Stay well-versed on relevant competitive solutions, products and services
  • Maintain current certifications and obtain new contact center certifications as they become available

 

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in the following areas of specialization:
    • Cisco ICM/IPCC Enterprise
    • Cisco CVP
    • Cisco IPIVR
    • Cisco Callmanager
    • Cisco IPCC Express
    • H323/SIP
    • AWS Connect
  • Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action.
  • Knowledge of software and/or hardware, testing and implementation
  • Ability to work effectively and make valuable contributions as a team member
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge and consultative skills
  • Ability to perform tasks with minor supervision
  • Demonstrate ability to implement, drive and track projects
  • Ability to apply solutions, technology and products to a business opportunity
