We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team.   This person will assist with the development and presentation of key operational performance metrics with focus on area and company-wide performance. He or she will develop predictive models that help leadership understand revenues/expenses with comparisons to budget, forecast, and prior year performance. They will analyze operating metrics and other key performance statistics and translate these results and trends into meaningful feedback that can be used to forecast and manage the business. They will create financial models of “what if” scenarios to help future business planning decisions and long range planning. He/she will assist with the development of KPI dashboards and performance scorecards and determine new methods to deliver results.  In addition, they will support key corporate and shared operations from a business operations standpoint, having interaction with key executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly / Long-term forecasting, budgeting, and modeling
  • Reporting and analyzing Operational Metrics
  • Executive / Ad Hoc Reporting
  • Perform financial analysis and variance analyses by identifying key drivers
  • Help expose trends in the data that indicate strengthening or weakening performance
  • Develop financial tools, analyses, and metrics in support of business strategies
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and analytical support as needed
  • Ability to conceptualize and develop summary charts and tables enabling the consumption of larger amounts of data
  • Manage business operations for corporate departments
Experience / Professional Qualifications:
  • Two to five years of related business experience including public accounting, consulting, or finance
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience crafting, interpreting, and presenting financial projections and models
  • Experience with financial (OneStream, TM1, Hyperion, etc) and data (Qlik, Tableau) analysis tools
  • Confirmed experience successfully working multiple projects at a time
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or other related quantitative discipline is required
  • MBA, CPA, CFA or work towards these credentials is helpful
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a customer service focus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to maximize performance.
  • Results oriented, with a high bias for action and a strong ownership of accountability.
  • Ability to self-manage and operate independently to accomplish objectives and to meet assigned deadlines.
