The Senior Recruiter will help accelerate the current hiring process for Presidio’s Sales department(s). Besides scouting top talent you act as a strategic advisor, partner, and consultant to the business through Innovation, Determination, Respect and Creativity. You will provide a premier recruiting experience for both candidate and the business groups by effectively hitting hiring goals, raising the talent bar at Presidio, and continuing to evolve our amazing candidate experience.   • Serve as an expert in the talent market, competitive and local environment and its impact on all aspects of the business
  • Continuously create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for our current and future needs
  • Provide coaching to hiring managers as needed
  • Serve as a coach to interview team members; advise on effective interview questions
  • Demonstrate all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Maintain Job Requisition process and craft job descriptions as needed.
  • Partner with recruiting coordinator to coordinate candidate interview.
  • Ensure a responsive and seamless candidate experience through communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
  • Ensure hiring managers are following proper hiring practices and are in compliance with government regulations, labor laws, and company policies/ procedures to ensure appropriate and fair selection, assessment, pre-screening, and post-employment methodology.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 8-10 years recruiting experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Recruiter within a Corporate and/or Human Resources environment.
  • Expert level knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results when working across geographical boundaries.
  • Should display adept knowledge and experience with OFCCP, EEOC and DOL compliance.
  • We expect strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems, UltiPro a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of sales and engineering skill sets a requirement.
  • Having direct experience sourcing and recruiting passive Solution Architects, Network Engineers, Collaboration Engineers, Security and Cyber candidates is highly preferred.
  • Proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment.
  • We require direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches.
  • Advanced customer management skills with knowledge to build trust and credibility with both candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • You should be collaborative and seek to build upon the strengths of others to meet overall goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
