We have an exciting opportunity for a Partner Alliance Manager to join our team in Plymouth Meeting, PA.  The primary role of the Marketing Manager is to drive improved Business Results by establishing a disciplined process of formal joint account planning sessions in a significant base of high-opportunity accounts. He/she will be responsible for coordinating, leading, and executing these sessions with members of the Sales team and our Partner community, namely Cisco and EMC.

The Marketing Manager will act as a liaison between Presidio, Cisco, and EMC—communicating partner programs and key messaging to support a clear understanding and execution model for Partner provided opportunities. He/she will work to build and strengthen influential relationships with our key partners at all levels to ensure that Presidio is viewed positively and positioned competitively. Engaging closely with Sales, He/she will ultimately be working to accelerate Sales opportunities and revenue.

This individual will work in close conjunction with the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing; leading the development and execution of demand generation programs, planning and managing customer facing events, overseeing partner funding spend, while continuously seeking meaningful opportunities to engage with our customer and partner community.

Presidio uses the widely renowned NPS Tool to monitor Client Satisfaction. While our NPS results are generally well above industry averages, we maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement. The Marketing Manager will also work to ensure that we have a structured process to address CSAT concerns and that we are growing our base of Loyal Customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, facilitate and schedule all Joint Account Planning Sessions
  • Identify new and unexposed opportunities within accounts and facilitate the development of a clear action plan to support opportunity development
  • Hold members accountable to action items resulting from Joint Account Planning Sessions
  • Hold monthly WebEx meetings following each initial Joint Account Planning Session with key contributors
  • Communicate all Partner announcements to Sales team (new products, promotions, registrations, etc.)
  • Build, manage and maintain superior relationships with partners, as well as colleagues
  • Support Marketing Events and strengthen partner relationships by attending Sales Outings, Industry Trade Shows, etc.
  • Present findings and success stories quarterly at Sales Meetings
  • Observe and report on Customer Satisfaction scores
  • Manage and distribute all pertinent Partner provided leads for the North Sales team
  • Manage approved marketing budget inclusive of quarterly partner fund allocations.
  • Submissions of prior approvals for fund use
  • Post event claim submission for reimbursement and reconciliation
  • Preparation of proof of performance approved documentation for partner review and approval
  • Event logistics coordination
  • Full management of event planning and execution: venue search and negotiation, contract processing, on-site event management, registration setup and monitoring, post-event follow up strategy 
  • Work in conjunction with our internal design team throughout the creative process for deliverables to include: event signage, literature, tradeshow assets, event invitations, etc.
  • Work to ensure all Presidio led events are meaningful, unique and memorable for our existing and prospective client base
  • Work with the Presidio Corporate Marketing team as required on key initiatives for company-wide consumption
  • Collaborate with other members of the Marketing team in the North area and beyond to achieve economies of scale and greater efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Marketing or related field) or equivalent experience and/or military experience 
  • 3+ years’ experience in a strategic sales, or business development, or marketing role
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Dynamic and flexible personality with positive attitude
  • Outgoing and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven team contributor
