As a member of the maintenance team, you will be expected to understand and explain in great detail the specific maintenance programs available to our customers. This will include an in-depth knowledge of past, current and future program offerings, administration of open and renewing deal registrations, as well as an interest in sharing information with the Presidio team and customers. The team member in this role must have a strong desire for organization of information pertaining to the sustainability and growth of the program.
Performance is measured by attach and renewal rate represented by a percentage per quarter. These measurements are reported and reviewed on a monthly basis to optimize our value to the customer and ensure top status in the market and exceptional status with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • RFP Responses
    • Co-Author request for price responses
    • Contribute data, material and experience to RFP engagements
    • Collaborate with Vendor SAM for discount and incentives
    • Champion and communicate Presidio branded maintenance offerings
  • Inside Sales Assistance
    • Suggest and recommend licensing and maintenance coverage plan
    • Knowledge of devices and key components for customer infrastructure
    • Provide and explain scenario’s that best advise customer in maintenance purchase
    • Coverage correction to recognize missing or non-coverable items such as EOS/EOL.
  • Process orders
    • Create comprehensive quote
    • Submit and manage LOA forms
    • Provide customer reports to Account Manager
    • Review maintenance renewal orders
      • Validate serial numbers
      • Validate coverage
      • Adjust for changes
  • Collaboration
    • Participate in customer facing meetings to explain and educate maintenance program for Vendor and Presidio covered items.
    • Understand existing deals and plans available for commercial, education, and health care customers.
    • Participate in internal meetings to maintain focus on customer needs and continuous value add for our maintenance program.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred,or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • Previous experience in similar role such as License Manager, Inside Sales, Solution Specialist or Account Management.
  • Experience with Cisco reporting tool strongly desired (CCWR, CSSC)
