We are seeking a Sr. Collaboration Consultant who will be responsible for providing technical expertise to our customers during the lifecycle of Cisco Collaboration Solutions. This is a full-time, permanent position supporting our clients located in the NY Metro area which also include NJ, LI and CT. This role will work with the Managing Consultant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You are an authority in the Cisco Collaboration suite of products (Enterprise and Sass).
  • You possess a consistent track record of delivering projects through Statements of Work transactions on time and under budget.
  • You will work with clients to structure project success to align with business goals:
  • You will lead discovery meetings and participate in detailed design whiteboard sessions.
  • You will define design requirements and articulate the designed solution to the client.
  • You will validate architecture.
  • Work in parallel with Project Leaders, Coordinators, and Management to design and deliver project documentation and UC trainings as per the defined project work.

Job Requirements:

  • We seek a Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent work and/or military experience.
  • We seek a minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience with Cisco Unified Communications product suite including, but not limited to:
    • Cisco Unified Communications Manager
    • Cisco Unity Connection
    • Cisco Expressway
    • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
    • Cisco Voice Gateways (SIP,PRI, CAS, FXO, FXS)
    • Cisco Unified Communications Manger Express (CME)/Unity Express (CUE)
    • ‘Pervasive’ and ‘Immersive’ Video, Digital Signage, Private Collaboration Portals, VMware, Hosted Collaboration Suite (HCS), Meeting Place/WebEx, Cisco Unified Contact Center (UCC) Express, 3rd Party CTI and JTAPI integrations, UC Middleware, SIP Trunking, Scripting, and Voice Provisioning Tools.
  • You have the ability to work well with team members in a reciprocal fashion, fostering learning and sharing knowledge to complete customer projects and equally be able to work solo with limited supervision and project oversight.
  • You have strong “hands-on” technical expertise with excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • You possess excellent customer facing skills.
  • CCIE Collaboration is highly preferred.
