We are searching for an Inside Sales Administrator (ISA) for our Lewisville, TX, location. As an Inside Sales Administrator your primary role is to support the Inside Sales team in tracking daily order activities, developing reports, facilitating registration best practices, ensuring all documentation acquired, reviewing forecast accuracy and updates, and invoicing. This corporate position works cooperatively with the internal corporate team, account executives and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking
    • Assist with daily order tracking activities
    • Development of push reports to ISR's, AM's and customers
    • Assist with Portal tracking updates
    • Interface with Project Management teams to verify product on site
  • Deal Registrations
    • Create and help facilitate OEM deal registration best practices
    • Understanding of various vendor tools and programs for registrations
    • Create and maintain boilerplate registration templates
    • Follow-up on expiring registrations
    • Help identify additional margin opportunities
  • Order Entry
    • Submit orders daily according to policy and procedures
      • Strong focus on Professional Services and Managed Services Orders
    • Update orders as needed
  • Staff Augmentation
    • Provide assistance during times of PTO or high activity
    • Provide assistance with large projects
  • Professional Services
    • Liaison for countersignatures
    • Follow-up with internal teams regarding updating and/or providing necessary documentation
  • Provide sales and other ad-hoc reports for Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives
  • Return Material Authorization follow up internally and externally
  • Non-revenue producing activities such as submitting orders and modifying orders; vendor set-up, quoting, tracking of shipments and following up on invoices; initiating requests for new subcontractors and manufacturers; and other items as requested
  • Reviewing forecast for accuracy and updates
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience and/or military experience 
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Support Position
  • Follow up customer awareness
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures.
  • Highly proficient computer skills with Microsoft office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Excel, with a deep understanding of manipulating data within the application.
  • Knowledge of basic sales and marketing techniques and principles.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with a continuous service orientation attitude and focus.
  • Effective time management skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization.
