Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Presidio Tri-State sales team in supporting our customer base through customer service related activities
  • Prepare and manage the generation of quotations within corporate quoting tool  for identified opportunities
  • Receive and process customer purchase orders to ensure timely shipment and delivery of products and services
  • Update and maintain customer records within the sales database, including collecting client contact and demographic information
  • Provide customers with up-to-date status and tracking details for urgent product needs
  • Provide customers with reports, order status, and various communications weekly
  • Manage the generation and distribution of customer related reports documenting quoting and sales activity, order shipment and delivery information and invoicing status
  • Coordinate the procurement of equipment for internal lab and demo purposes
  • Communicate with manufacturer and vendor partners to provide deal status and confirmation details
 Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 1-3 years Inside Sales Support experience with Cisco, EMC, and VMWare preferred
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office with focus on Excel)
  • Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous tasks
  • Ability to develop relationships, both internally and with customers
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment
